Two-time PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas is ready to hand over his home in Jupiter, FL.

According to reports, Thomas recently found a larger waterfront dwelling in the same town, so he’s put his smaller place on the market for $3.65 million.

The 5,545-square-foot, four-bedroom, seven-bath property sits on just under an acre. The home is situated in a golfer’s paradise—there are more than a dozen courses in Jupiter alone and nearly 80 more within a 20-mile radius. More than 30 PGA members also live in the area.

Of course, you don’t have to be a scratch golfer to settle in the region. But you will need deep pockets. Here’s how Thomas lived—before he moved on to a true trophy property.

The gated home is in the exclusive Pennock Point neighborhood and offers the glorious indoor-outdoor lifestyle you’d expect from a South Florida home of this caliber.

Upgrades abound, including a new roof that was installed in 2022, fresh kitchen counters, and a 1,100-square-foot addition over the garage.

The kitchen offers seating for four around the large center island, and fireplaces warm both the living room and main bedroom. A large primary suite boasts two walk-in closets, two vanities, and a beautiful soaking tub.

And there’s plenty of square footage for fun, too. A giant game room has a kitchen and bar area, plus space for a pool table and television—a true highlight of the home.

Outside, a pool and spa await, as does a covered outdoor living room with a fireplace and summer kitchen. Water sports are another enticing feature here, with a ramp that can launch of all kinds of craft—think kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and water scooters.
