A recently built custom mansion on one of the most desirable coastlines in the country has hit the market in Malibu, CA, for a heart-stopping $95 million, making it this week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®.

Other pricey properties to hit the market this week include a riverfront mountain retreat in Colorado, a fabulous Florida penthouse with a rooftop terrace and pool, and a replica of the White House on the West Coast.
