“Botched” star Paul Nassif has listed a brand-new home in Bel-Air for $30 million.

The reality TV star and plastic surgeon first listed the Los Angeles home for $32 million while it was under construction last year. It’s now fully move-in ready and up for sale again.

Tomer Fridman of Compass and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency both represent the listing.

It’s a gorgeous design, but the celebrity doctor never lived in the mansion. In 2015, Nassif picked up the property for $4.9 million, according to Realtor.com®.

Envisioned by Bowery Design Group with interior design by Faye Resnick, the private hillside estate spans 12,130 square feet and offers seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

Highlights include two pools on two levels, glass walls, an indoor atrium, water features, and sunrise to sunset views.

The luxe residence comes with two kitchens and a pantry. The living and dining areas open up via glass walls to lounging terraces, an outdoor kitchen, a custom bar, and an infinity pool.

The lower level features a lounge, bar, wine room, 12-seat home theater, and gym with a steam room and sauna. This area leads out to a second pool, which extends over the hillside.

The seven bedroom suites also include staff quarters, as well as a primary suite with two closets. Other amenities include an office, oak floors, and two garages with parking for five.

The private, tree-lined lot of 1.3 acres is just minutes from the city’s shopping and dining hot spots.

“This is an absolute gem in today’s current L.A. market,” Fridman said in a statement. “The home offers a luxurious ambiance with amenities laid out in the most natural way. Its floor plans deliver a livability and utility that is extremely rare.”

As for the somewhat perilous hillside locale, this structure makes the most of its setting, he said. “There are numerous constraints when building on hillsides, yet when executed successfully and thoughtfully as with this home, you get jaw-dropping ocean/canyon views.”

Nassif recently dropped $14 million for an ocean-view property in Orange County’s Dana Point. Built in 2012, the home had been on the market since 2020 and priced as high as $15 million.

Located in the guard-gated enclave of The Strand at Headlands, it is one of the largest homesites in the community. The 9,000-square-foot French Provincial mansion has two living rooms, two dining areas, staff quarters, a chef’s kitchen, game room, home theater, elevator, and roof deck. There’s also a zero-edge pool and spa, and a subterranean garage has room for seven cars.
